Team history

Team history starts in year 1990., when one of the leading Latvian sidecarcross rider Egils Peleckis, in that time hired sportsmen of Ciravas motoclub, understood that time, when sportsmen got anything for free, is gone. He made his own structure with two athletes, mechanic and few helpful friends. This kind of team worked till mid 90’s, when Egils ended his sports career with mulitiple Latvian and Baltic Championship top 3 finishes as well as competing in International European races and few World Championship rounds.
In 1995. team with Miks Peleckis, Agris Litvinovs and Zaks Grigaluns won first Latvian Motocross Team Championship. In 2002. team members Miks Peleckis, Matiss Karro, Cristian and Mariuss Lundeby won Latvian Motocross Youth Team Championship.
But mostly this team have worked like one rider’s support system. We have participated in many European races obtaining podium finishes in child and Youth motocross in Spain, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Germany and Czech Republic. In the course of time team name, sponsors and participants have changed, but all of them have made an input in teams strenght.

Gundars Brutans, Haralds Draznieks, Alvis Cakuls, Dabris Kucers, Veno Sietins, Normunds Berzins, Zaks Grigaluns, Agris Litvinovs, Janis Kirilko, Janis Klavins, Artis Rasmanis, Oskars Urbanovics, Matiss Karro, Cristian and Mariuss Lundeby are athletes, Andris Plavenieks, Valdis Kagainis, Guntis Osis, Armands Zvaigzne, Normunds Pravasts, Agnis Vejkajis, Uldis Skujins, Aleksandrs Stelle are mechanics and friends, Andris Barbalis, Atis Parums, Agris Litvinovs, Ivars Cakurs and Alvis Stankevics, Dietmar Lacher, Peter Berglund, John van den Berk and Bernd Eckenbach are trainers who have invested time, knowledge and experience in Miks sports career and growth.
