Up to now, 10 rounds of Latvian championship have taken place. In first round, 2nd of May, Estonia, Aravete, Miks did not participate, but from further rounds he won 7, finishing first in 12 of 18 possible motos. In that way, one race before the end of championship he was beyond reach for his competitors and won Latvian championship. Thank you to all sponsors and supporters!
Miks added : ” It is nice to get this thing done. When we realized that our plans about German champinoship can’t be executed, we thought – ok, right now it is not possible to ride in really strong championship, but we can have a good practise in Baltic States, too. I have a huge improvement in my riding skills already, I’ve won all the fastest Baltic riders, in Kuressaare I had a good run with TM despite being sick, so I think all I have to do is keep working. Of course I would like to have bigger competiton, hopefully some mx riders will come to SuperMoto in near future. That would raise the level quite fast.”
