This Saturday in Lithuania, Kaunas, 3rd round of Latvian, Lithuanian and Baltic SuperMoto championships took place. All fastest Baltic riders were on starting grid.

Miks commented: „It was 3rd race of the season and at last I was able to turn on my „race thinking”. It meant that I tried to squeeze maximum out of street legal Husqvarna. Although, this track was not suitable for this bike – you could feel the disadvantage in long straightaways. In qualification I showed 6th fastest time, so I had to start from 2nd row. Start was good – I managed to pass some riders for 3rd place. But there was some mistake, so we had to restart. Second time was not so good – 6th place. But I felt ok and passed two guys. Started to push for 3rd, but decided to save bike and backed down a little bit. Unfortunatley, on last lap I made a mistake because of lapped rider, and two riders got past me. For second race I planned better finish. But in third turn I came together with some rider and my bike stalled. I couldn’t start it for some time, so I was way back. Tried as hard as I could, but managed to finish again in 6th position for 6th overall. I am not too happy about result, but it is good motivation for next race.
