In the begining of the season Baltic SuperMoto race organisers agreed to make 3 rounds of Baltic SuperMoto Team Cup. First took place in 13th of June in Kaunas, second – 27th of June in Riga and last – Kuressaare, 18th of July. Team consisted from two Open class riders and one Quad rider. There were 9 teams total.

2009 Baltic SuperMoto Team Cup overall:

1. Motodroms SuperMoto Racing Team (Miks Peleckis, Dzintars Baltais, Aleksejs Kuzmins)
2. Estonia SuperMoto Team 3 (Roomet Kurg, Joosep Partel, Fred Haling)
3. Valinta Karlo Motors Racing Team (Matiss Dabols, Andis Dabols, Karlis Bole)
