This track each year is built on Kuresaare airfield. It is fast and with interesting dirt section. Weather conditions are perfect and plenty of riders are ready to race – 56, 11 from Finland. In spite of his less-powerful KTM SXF 250, Miks is able to get in A final. Rider fights as hard as he can but long straightaways and competitors ”big” bikes are making it impossible to hope for very good result. Miks 13th place finish is acceptable knowing that expierience at this point is golden.
Miks commented : ”It was a tough race. Sometimes it felt hopeless, esspecialy when some Aprilia 550 flied right past me, but I didn’t give up and did the best I could. ”
